Teaching health and wellbeing strategies at work and for life.
Supporting our NHS staff during Covid-19 and promoting organisational change.
SERVICES WE OFFER
Our work wellbeing matters – we spend over half our lives working or at work. Staying well isn’t just something you do when home from work – wellbeing has to happen at work.
We know that the workload, pressures expectations and a lack of resources and staff can leave us working harder and harder just to keep afloat.
We recognise there are external factors that need to be changed but there are still many things we can do and we believe that it should be possible to work as a healthcare professional in a busy job and still find happiness and success in your work and life.
So we provide training, exercises and strategies that encourage a healthier and happier workplace for both the individual and the team to stimulate a ground up culture change within the organisation as well!

ABOUT US
The WorkWell Doctors Journey
We are doctors with a wealth of experience in supporting NHS staff.
We came together at the start of the coronavirus pandemic because we recognised and understood the importance of valuing the emotional and physical wellbeing of our healthcare professionals.
We aim to create a supportive workplace that prioritises long term wellbeing, for the individual and the organisation.
We have run sessions across the country, for GPs, junior doctors, healthcare staff and other professional organisations. Our work has been supported by Health Education England and is featured on the Royal College of General Practitioners and NHS Practitioner Health website, as well as in the WOTC Wellness Magazine and GEI Publishing Books.
